Harpagophytum procumbens — Devil's Claw

Origin & Tradition	Plant from Southern Africa (Namibia, Botswana, South Africa). Used for centuries by San and Khoikhoi healers for joint pain. Introduced to Europe in the 20th century, it has become the most studied plant in the world for joint comfort.
Active Molecules	Harpagoside (glycosylated iridoids, 2.5% guaranteed by HPLC) · Harpagoside, procumbide, harpagide. Extraction ratio 20:1.
Action	Contributes to joint comfort and muscle well-being. 14 randomized clinical studies (Cochrane review 2014) on lumbar comfort. Mechanism: inhibition of pro-inflammatory mediators (PGE2, COX-2, TNF-α) without the gastrointestinal side effects of NSAIDs.

Filipendula ulmaria (Spiraea ulmaria)

Origin & Tradition	Plant from wet meadows in Europe and Asia. Used since the Middle Ages for its pain-relieving virtues. It was from its flowers that salicylic acid was isolated, inspiring Felix Hoffmann's synthesis of aspirin in 1899 (Bayer).
Active Molecules	Salicylic acid · Heliotropin · Spirein · Methyl salicylate · Flavonoids (spireoside, quercetin, kaempferol).
Action	Contains natural salicylates with pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. The protective flavonoids of the whole plant improve gastric tolerance compared to pure synthetic salicylates. Perfectly complements the action of Devil's Claw.

Unlike pure aspirin, the natural salicylates in Meadowsweet are accompanied by flavonoids that protect the gastric mucosa for better digestive tolerance.

Lemon Eucalyptus EO 204 mg / 6 capsules

Eucalyptus citriodora — Micro-encapsulated EO

Origin & Tradition	Eucalyptus native to Australia, cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions. Essential oil distinct from Eucalyptus radiata (different in biochemistry and properties).
Active Molecules	Citronellal (60-80%) · Citronellol · Isopulegol, non-phenolic terpenes.
Action	Recognized soothing properties in aromatic tradition for muscle comfort. Citronellal and its derivatives have documented local anti-inflammatory action. PHYTESCENS® micro-encapsulation for targeted release.
